In these six life-transforming sessions, Father Thomas F. Dailey, O.S.F.S. explains in clear and practical language what spirituality truly means for teachers, and how to avoid and combat the temptations that can run counter to this spirituality. You’ll learn how you can more effectively serve as a witness to Christ in the classroom, and the practical steps you can take now to deepen your own relationship with Christ.

Each 30-minute session with Fr. Dailey is followed by a short presentation by Master Teacher Jose Gonzalez, who uses his decade of classroom experience to bring immediate, practical suggestions for applying your new knowledge in the classroom.

By completing this course, you and your teachers will learn:
      • What the Gospels teach us about handling and prioritizing our busy teacher schedules

      • What “spirituality” truly is, and how to help your students grow in their own spirituality and holiness

      • Why the “Little Virtues” matter, and how to practice them every day

      • How to beyond teaching your students about Jesus to helping them know and love Him

      • The most common temptations and stumbling blocks teachers face, and how to combat them

      • How you can show your students the importance of spirituality, starting today

      • Why teachers are called to a higher spiritual standard, and how to meet that standard.

You will also receive an electronic copy of The Beatitudes Teacher’s Guide, which features 13 ready-to-use lesson plans on the Beatitudes. By using these lessons, you will help your students come to see that Jesus Christ is the only way to personal freedom, happiness, and holiness.

Each self-contained lesson is teacher-written, classroom-tested, and scholar-reviewed, and includes background readings, student homework, classroom activities, games, role plays, and more. Lessons are available for both elementary and high school classrooms.
