May you be renewed by the love of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary this month as you begin a new catechetical year. Let us continue to pray the Holy Rosary for peace in the world, a peace so greatly needed, beginning within our own hearts.

In addition to celebrating Our Lady of the Holy Rosary on October 7, we also honor other great saints this month, including the newly canonized St. Carlo Acutis (feast day: October 12) and St. John Paul II (champion of the family), whose feast day is October 22. If you are new to Spirit of Truth or Walking with Jesus and haven’t yet had an Onboarding/Orientation Meeting for the upcoming year, please let me know right away so we can get one scheduled for you. There is no cost for this service and we find parishes who participate in one have a stronger start to the year!
