Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after order placement. Processing times may vary during peak periods, holidays, or severe weather.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping options, and rates are displayed at checkout. Rates are calculated based on order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
We offer various shipping options from UPS, USPS and LTL – options are subject to destination, size or unit quantity of order.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times begin once an order has shipped and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery date so we can assist with a resolution.
Changes or Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change prior to shipment.
