Overview
Students are introduced to the Life of Christ, His Church, and how he reveals the Persons of the Blessed Trinity. Students also learn who the saints are and what they teach us.
Units
In this unit, we learn that Jesus is the Son of God, who was born to be Our Savior. We learn how Jesus is the Second Person of the Blessed Trinity and how reveals His Heavenly Father and that Jesus was born into a human family. In this unit, we learn how Jesus loves us, and reveals who He is through His love. We will learn how Jesus wants to be close to us, and how we can love with Jesus, our neighbor. In this unit, we learn about the early life of Jesus. We learn about how Jesus was announced by the Angel, born in Bethlehem, and presented in the Temple. In this unit, we learn about Jesus! We learn how he was baptized, worked miracles, called disciples, taught us how to live, and began His mission to save us. In this unit, we learn how Jesus suffered and died to save us from our sins and how He gloriously rose from the dead and ascended into heaven! We learn how Jesus sent the Holy Spirit and founded the Church. In this unit, we learn about The Holy Spirit that Jesus sent to us, as well as The Church which He made to bring the nations to Him. We learn about the saints and how Jesus wants us to be saints too!
