We must rely on the gifts and talents of others and ask for and receive help from God and others in order to flourish in this life.
We have a responsibility to care for our bodies, including our thoughts, because our bodies are holy and we are called by God to holiness.
Authority is the quality of exercising power over others and expecting obedience from them, and comes from God.
Through the parable of the Good Samaritan Jesus taught us to love everyone.
The Fourth Commandment is “Honor your father and mother.”
War, which is the result of sin, can sometimes be unavoidable. In that case, the Church offers guidance called Just War Doctrine.
