Jesus founded the Catholic Church during His earthly life to continue His mission of the salvation of all souls until He returns at the end of time. Therefore, as members of Christ’s Church, we find in the Church the spiritual help to live as God created us and to respond to our vocation of holiness. The Church is our spiritual home, the mystical Body of Christ, in whom we are strengthened by the Sacraments, are united in community with the People of God, and are sent forth to share the love of Christ in the world.
