Introduction to Impromptu Speeches

In this chapter your students will…
■ Learn that being nervous about speaking in public is normal and we can humbly ask God to help us say what we need to say.
■ Learn that having humility means having a modest sense of our own worth and being willing to submit ourselves to others.
■ Evaluate several examples of impromptu speeches.
■ Deliver a very brief (three- to four-sentence) impromptu speech.
