Our Lady of Guadalupe: Apparitions of Mary that occurred nearly 500 years ago in Mexico. Mary appeared to a man named Juan Diego. A beautiful image of Mary became miraculously imprinted on his cloak. His cloak, or tilma, remains a holy object of devotion today.
Our Lady of Lourdes: Apparitions of Mary that occurred in 1858 in Lourdes, France. Mary appeared to a young girl named Bernadette and identified herself as the Immaculate Conception. Mary told Bernadette to dig near a grotto in the woods, and a spring of water with miraculous healing properties came forth. This spring is still a holy site for pilgrimage today.
Our Lady of Fatima: Apparitions of Mary that occurred throughout 1917 in Fatima, Portugal. Mary appeared to three young children and gave them special messages to give to the Church. During the final apparition in Fatima, over 70,000 people witnessed a great miracle of the sun transformed, and even dancing in the sky.
